One of the best crime fiction bloggers on the web also happens to be one of the most innovative and compelling writers of…crime fiction. Irishman Declan Burke, who pens the Crime Always Pays blog, has a new novel out. Absolute Zero Cool promises “a postmodern take on the crime thriller genre.” Booker Prize-winner John Banville, no less, says: “Imagine, if you can, a cross between Flann O’Brien and Raymond Chandler.”
